Véronique Zidane is 52 years old as of now. Véronique was born in Rodez, Aveyron, on November 10, 1971, as Véronique Fernández Lentisco. She was born to her father Antonio Fernández Lentisco and her mother Ana Ramrez Martnez. Her parents are natives of Andalusia, a region in southern Spain. Whereas, she grew up with a sister.
Talking about Véronique’s educational career, despite enrolling in a biology course at the University of Toulouse in 1988, she dropped out for dancing full-time. She enrolled in the Rosella Hightower Dance School in Cannes the next year, leaving her parents and sister behind. Véronique started her stay at Salon-de-Foyer Provence’s des Jeunes Travailleurs, which provided young people with temporary social housing.

Véronique Zidane wanted to teach dancing when she was a kid, and she even dropped out of university to do so. Her personal and professional lives took a sudden turn when she met her future husband Zinedine Zidane while studying dance at the Rosella Hightower Dance School in Cannes. Zinedine was only a promising young amateur football player at the time, but he quickly developed himself as an outstanding playmaker, sought after by prestigious clubs all over the world.
Whereas, She gave up her dance and modeling dreams and traveled with him to Cannes, Bordeaux, and Turin before settling in Madrid. Though she is not participating on social media, she often appears with her husband at sporting competitions and other events.

Véronique Zidane was 18 years old when she met Zinedine Zidane, a 17-year-old aspiring footballer, at Salon-de-Foyer Provence’s des Jeunes Travailleurs in 1989. He was playing for AS Cannes during the 1988–89 season when she was taking dance lessons in Cannes. Even though the young pair fell in love at first sight, they were both very reserved and did not even speak the first few times they met each other.
Married life
The pair married on May 28, 1994, at Bordeaux City Hall, after dating for about five years. She gave up her career aspirations after her marriage to accompany her husband when he traveled from city to city playing professional football. On March 24, 1995, she gave birth to their first son, Enzo Alan Zidane Fernández. Since then, Luca Zidane Fernández (born May 13, 1998), Theo Zidane Fernández (born May 18, 2002), and Elyaz Zidane Fernández have joined the family (born December 26, 2005).
Whereas, her four sons went on to study at Real Madrid, following in their father’s footsteps in football. Zidane spent the final years of his playing career before taking over as manager. They are a close-knit family who enjoy spending time together on vacations.
They also go to sports and competitions with other friends of their families. When visiting his in-laws in 2013, Zidane promised to financially help the local football team in Rodez, as well as make appearances at games on demand.
