Sleepy Hallow is a rapper, singer, and songwriter from the United States. Sleepy Hallow is famous for his songs “Flaws” and “Deep End Freestyle,” the latter of which was gold-certified.
Early Life
Born as Tegan Joshua Anthony Chambersbetter known by his stage name Sleepy Hallow was born in Jamaica, on December 20, 1999. Currently, he is 24 years old and has a birth sign of Sagittarius. He belongs to the African-American ethnicity. Moreover, he was originally from Jamaica but holds US nationality.
He has not revealed anything about his parents, even their names. Still, we know they were Jamaicans, and their entire family relocated to the United States shortly after Hallow’s birth. Specifically, the family began residing in Brooklyn, New York. Hallow learned how to rap here and has continued to improve since then. Around the age of 12, Sleepy Hallow started to rap. From 2017 to 2018, he, Sheff G, and DizzyGotBands were signed to the music record label Nula Entertainment, owned by former NFL star Junior Galette. Hallow’s debut mixtape, “Don’t Sleep,” was released in 2019. Winners Circle Entertainment was created the same year, and Sleepy Hallow was one of the first artists to sign on.
In 2020, he released his second mixtape, “Sleepy for President.” The mixtape included the hit track “Deep End Freestyle” featuring Fousheé, which peaked at number 80 on the US Billboard Hot 100 list on June 20, 2020. The record has over 85 million streams and was certified gold by the RIAA in August 2020.
Winners Circle Entertainment and RCA Records formed a collaboration in August 2020. Great John produced the track “Tip Toe” by Sleepy Hallow and Sheff G.
Debut Studio Albu,
In June 2021, he released his debut studio album, Still Sleep? The album features the single “2055”, which was supported by a video featuring an animated Sleepy Hallow in another, futuristic universe. The single would be certified double platinum in March 2022.

Moreover, he released the single “Die Young” in May 2022, featuring Canadian rapper 347aidan. Which was deemed the finest Shortest Trending Song on Instagram in July 2023 by YouTubers Jordan and Salish Matter, Peyton Delu, and the Royalty Family, as well as “one of the best songs on Spotify” by Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill.
In September 2022, he released the single “2 Mins of Pain.” In November 2022, he released his song “Marie.”
Hallow’s second studio album, “Boy Meets World,” was released on September 15, 2023. It includes singles like “GBG” with Marshmello and “Anxiety” featuring Doechii. On February 13, 2024, he released the single “Cupid’s Guidance.”
