His company began as a small startup, but it quickly grew into a thriving IT corporation with annual earnings of more than $60 million, establishing him as a global figure.
However, in 2004, he chose to sell his company to government contractor CACI for an undisclosed sum, which was sufficient for him to start another company and live off the proceeds.

He remained with the now-sold company until 2007, but in 2006, he established a new Paradigm Solutions, this time Paradigm Solutions International Incorporation, where he is currently CEO and President. He has appeared in several films in addition to working in the IT industry.
Raymond and his wife Karen in the reality TV show “The Real Housewives of Potomac,” which premiered in January 2016. Even though his wife is the main character, he has appeared with her on numerous occasions. So far, the series has aired three seasons totaling 36 episodes.
