The film’s success helped him to open the doors in Hollywood and quickly started his other acting projects. Between this year, he played minor roles in movies like “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo”(1999), “Bread and Roses” (2000), and “Texas Rangers” (2000).
He was cast in the 2004 action horror movie “Resident Evil: Apocalypse” as Carlos Oliveira, the second main character in the computer game “Resident Evil.” He then appeared in its sequels “Resident Evil: Extinction” (2007) and “Resident Evil: Retribution (2012).

He portrayed the most powerful demon, Zankou, in the seventh season of the fantasy drama TV series “Charmed.” His subsequent films include the drama film “The Betrayed” (2008), the horror film “Super Hybrid” (2012), and – as minor characters – the science fiction television series “V” and the fantasy drama television series “Once Upon a Time.”
In 2018, he played the role of Eitan Hafri in the American-British science fiction TV series “The First.” That same year, he played the role of Daran/Narek Zakarian in the 2018 British science-fiction horror film “White Chamber.” Between the years 2019-2021, he appeared in TV series such as “Blood & Treasure” “Younger” (2019), and “FBI: Most Wanted, FBI and FBI: International.”
