Nick De Noia was born on May 14, 1941, in New Jersey, USA. Noia was raised in New Jersey. He was 46 years old at the time of his death. Murder
De Noia was shot in the face with a large-caliber pistol on April 7, 1987, at 3:40 PM while seated at his 15th-floor desk in Manhattan’s garment district at 264 West 40th Street. Gilberto Rivera Lopez, hired by Ray Colon, a collaborator of Somen (“Steve”) Banerjee who initially hired Colon to kill De Noia, shot him. De Noia had a licensing agreement with Chippendales Universal at the time to use the name Chippendales for tour engagements although no longer working for Banerjee.
The commercial agreement was noted on a cocktail napkin, and Banerjee was not happy with it. In New York courts, Banerjee attempted but failed to breach the contract. Banerjee was responsible for both the burning of a rival’s Red Onion nightclub and the death of Nick De Noia.
In July 1994, Banerjee admitted admission to charges related to murder, arson, and RICO. Banerjee received a 26-year prison term after entering a plea of guilty as part of a plea agreement. In prison, while awaiting his final sentencing, he committed suicide. Banerjee’s wife received an inheritance of Chippendales.

They apparently dated for almost a year before being married in 1975, but they split up just 18 months later for reasons that were kept a secret from the public.
Despite this, their divorce appeared to be peaceful. In fact, after the two-time Emmy Award winner passed away, Jennifer released a statement in which she said that “everyone” was saddened by “his senseless death” since “he was a talented, lovely human being.”
