Tomoaki Hamatsu, better known as Nasubi, is a Japanese comedian, television presenter, and reality star. He is best known for Kamen Rider W (2009), Kamen Rider Movie War 2010: Kamen Rider vs. Kamen Rider W & Decade (2009), and Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate (2010).

He set up himself as a local talent in Fukushima and a dramatic theatre performer, forming the stage group Eggplant Way. Then, the comedian starred in Densha Otoko, Atashinchi no Danshi, Trick, and Kamen Rider W as Watchman.
