Monica Raymund started her stage career while pursuing her acting education at the Juilliard School, performing in Broadway productions of “Cymbeline,” “The Diviners,” and “Animal Farm.”
Through these stage performances, she gained a lot of experience, and once she graduated from the Juilliard School, she started applying for roles in movies and television. In the play “Manhattan Casino,” in which she played the major part of Althea Dunbar, she also performed the lead role.
The LiveArts Peninsula Foundation in St. Petersburg, Florida, organized the play. She additionally had an appearance in “Webb’s City: The Musical,” where she played the lead role.
She was a featured performer and one of the most well-known performers who performed in Ann Reinking’s Broadway Theatre Project. She was not only prepared for a movie career by doing a lot of theatre in the early phases of her career, but it also helped her establish contacts in the industry.
