Monica had a successful international career between 2005-2010. Monica led the US team to 4 World Cup Softball championships, 3 Canada Cup titles, and gold medals at both the 2006 and 2010 ISF Women’s World Championships.

Monica shot into fame when she got selected for the 2008 Olympics. She made a good game and completed the Olympics with a 0.29 ERA and a 3–0 record in 24 sessions vaulted while striking out 32 batters.
