At the age of 3, Mike Milosh started learning classical cello. Later on, he started drumming too. At the University he studied jazz and vocals.
Two of his albums were released by the Los Angeles-based record label Plug Research. Thus, it included 2004’s You Make Me Feel and 2006’s Meme. He contributed the track “Then It Happened” to the Ghostly International/Williams Street album Ghostly Swim, in 2008.

Hence, the album was released as a free digital download. In the same year, he came up with another album record, iii. The recording was done with Plug Research in the US and Studio !K7 in the EU. He collaborated with Paul Pfisterer on the album New Territory, in 2009. Soon the singer started getting the fa and was popular worldwide in a short span. In 2010, Moreover, he formed the band Rhye with Robin Hannibal, in 2010.
In March 2013, they released their debut album, Woman. Soon he came up with his 4th album in November 2013. The album was a solo record, Jetlag, on his label, Deadly. Besides that, Rhye issued a single titled “Please”, in July 2017. Later that year, he announced on social media the release of a second album. Finally, Rhye released a follow-up to Woman, titled Blood, in February 2018.
Sexual abuse allegation
By his ex-wife, Alexa Nikolas, he was accused of grooming and sexual abuse in March 2021. She said that, he started grooming her for a sexual relationship, and that during their marriage, he assaulted her. At the time, she was 16 years old and he was 33.
Moreover, she filed a lawsuit against him for sexual battery, gender-based violence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, in August 2021. And, she released court documents against Milosh, in February 2022. Therefore, the musician has denied the claims. In March 2022, his ex-wife Nikolas dropped the lawsuit against Milosh.
