The talented American personality was born on 20th September 1968, in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, United States. She is currently 55 years old. Michelle is an adopted kid and follows the Christian religion. The name of her biological mother is Joanne Shupack Lewis “Wiss” and she is of Hungarian and Irish descent. After turning three years old, Michelle was adopted by her parents, Arlene Carol (Harnick) and Martin H. “Marty” Shupack. As for education, Michelle went to South Plainfield High School where she completed her studies in 1986.
At the age of sixteen, Michelle was the winner of a Madonna look-alike competition. After that, the actress went to New York and joined the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Michelle Visage is a popular singer, TV host, radio DJ, and also social media personality as mentioned before. Visage was a part of the band “Seduction”. However, after the separation of the team, Michelle Visage has been present as a guest vocalist on the song “Crash” in the Freestyle dance program TKA. Then, Visage gave lead vocals and became the recording creator of another dance act formed by Clivilles and Cole, The S.O.U.L. S.Y.S.T.E.M. The cover version of the song of Bill Withers’s song Lovely Day “Its Gonna Be a Lovely Day” was added to the soundtrack to “The Bodyguard”.
In January 1993, “It’s Gonna Be a Lovely Day” became a top dance single and reached number thirty-four on the Billboard Hot 100. Michelle then served together with RuPaul on various other projects. In the year 1996, Michelle Visage turned out to become the co-host of RuPaul’s VH1 talk show “The RuPaul Show”. Moreover, she even was the co-host of WKTU’s morning show together with RuPaul from the year 1996 to 2002.
