As a competitive eater, she has broken a couple of Guinness World Records competitions. Moreover, she set a world record by eating a dish of pasta in 26.69 seconds and won a place in the Guinness Book of World Records.

She set a new world record in 2021 for eating the most fruitcake in 10 minutes, consuming 4 pounds, 14.25 ounces of the dense holiday dessert.
In addition, she is also a volunteer for several charities and foundations that assist the underprivileged with water training and food distribution. Currently, she is employed with Charity: Water, a non-profit organization, and she has donated to the group $2159.75.
