Since a young age, Meredith Giangrande started a career as a photo model for initially only small campaigns, mainly for local agencies. She began working at Burger King, where she was accepted primarily through the connections of her father, who at the time was managing a Burger King branch himself.
Her acting journey started when she made her first appearance in 2002 in an episode of “CSI: On the Trail of the Perpetrators.” She then made her appearance in the 2004 short film “In a Nutshell.”
She achieved a little success as a model the following year, finishing fourth in the 2005 Hometown Hotties Contest in California, where she had moved a few years before.
The photograph taken by the French-born Antoine Verglas for Maxim boosted her career as an actress and model even further. In the same year, she did another Maxim shot with Kelly Stuart, a well-known photographer.

After brief roles in “Mind of Mencia” (2005) and “Bewitched” (2005), she appeared in many films in 2006, including the drama “Shutter,” the comedy “SHIT – The High School GmbH,” and the low-budget picture “Don’t Be Scared.”
In 2007, she appeared in two films ” The Dukes,” and “The Metrosexual.” She had her first topless appearance in the film “Pool Party, “in which she also played a prominent supporting part. Her other role came almost four years later in “Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star.”

She was cast in the role of Nova in the 2008 television film “Ring of Death” along with Johnny Messner. That same year, she also appeared in one episode each of the hidden camera series Pop Fiction” and the sitcom “Jim Again.”
She made her minor roles in the television series Monk and the film “Fast & Furious – New Model.” “Original parts.” and even had a not insignificant supporting role in “Party Animals 3 – Welcome to University.”
Recent Career
She was also cast as the recurring character Tasha Frost in the short-lived television series “Valley Peaks.” In this role, she appeared in five different episodes.
She also had a recurring part this year in the television series “Nip/Tuck – Beauty Has Its Price,” where she played Bonnie in two separate episodes.
After making no major acting performances in 2010, she returned to the film a year later, playing minor supporting roles in “The Legend of Hell’s Gate: An American Conspiracy” and “Bucky Larson: Born to be a Star,” where she played the aforementioned second top role.
She starred in one episode each of the successful television series “Rizzoli & Isles” and “The Mentalist.”
In 2012, she appeared in “Dexter” and “The League” and also played a supporting role as Natalia Whatever in the television film “Parental Payback.” She was seen in one episode each of “Two and a Half Men” and “90210” in the year 2013.
