Before that, she held positions as a business relationship officer with Standard Chartered Bank, a relationship manager with CAL Bank, an authorized dealing broker with Strategic African Securities, and an investment officer with the law firm that was then Bentsi-Enchi and Letsa (now Bentsi-Enchil, Letsa, and Ankomah). Abiola Bawuah takes over as UBA Africa’s first female CEO in January 2023. Moreover, she has written a memoir named “Chosen from the Darkness”. “Aboala Bawuah Foundation” is the non-profit organization she founded.
