Later, Mazzara returned to France in 2019 and was coached by Florent Amodio and Françoise Bonnard in Vaujany, France, following the death of her previous coach, Jean-François Ballester, in late 2018.
Furthermore, Mazzara made her first senior start at the 2019 Tallinn Trophy, finishing fifth, and later competed at the 2019 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb, her first Challenger event, finishing ninth. Mazzara returned to junior-level competition in January 2020 at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics.
In addition, Mazzara was supposed to make her Grand Prix debut at the Internationaux de France in 2020, but the event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Mazzara began the season by finishing fourteenth at the 2021 CS Lombardia Trophy, four ordinals and fourteen points behind fellow Frenchwoman Léa Serna.
