The next year, he was cast in the telefilm “What the Deaf Man Heard.” in 1998, he made his big-screen debut as Anton Le Farge in Alfonso Cuarón’s film “Great Expectations.” The film was based on Charles Dickens’s 1861 novel of the same name.
That same year, in the monster film “Godzilla,” he played an uncredited soldier. He appeared in the 1998 action thriller “The Siege,” which revolves around the clandestine kidnapping of a terror suspect in the United States and the subsequent series of terror attacks in the United States.
