He quit his job in 2014 and moved to Atlanta, Georgia two years later to pursue his acting career. Additionally, he studied acting at the Houde School of Acting.
In 2010, he made his acting debut as Chris in the short film “Spellfound,” followed by minor appearances in “Won’t Back Down” and “Slap Happy” in 2013, before being cast as Fireman in “The Bye Bye Man.”
The same year, he appeared as Fake Dad in the comedy “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul,” his first Hollywood role, followed by his role as Sushi Chef in “A Bad Moms Christmas,” starring Mila Kunis, Kathryn Hahn, and Kristen Bell, before playing Tom Junior in the comedy-drama “Lighten Up, Jack Kopecky.”
