Likewise, after feeling the training was not enough, he started to choreograph on his own and started practicing at home.

After graduating from high school, his FSSD students encouraged him to show his choreography out in the world. Likewise, he traveled around the world mainly in Europe and Asia, and collaborated with various choreographers. Similarly, he has danced with crews like ‘Future Shock San Diego’, ‘Culture Shock San Diego, and ‘Formality’. Likewise, his notable works include, choreographing for Justin Bieber’s ‘Love Yourself’ music video, BTS, Billie Eilish, Taeyang, Ed Sheeran, Flying Lotus, and Kendrick Lamar.
He along with his fellow dance partner and choreographer Mari has worked as a world-renowned choreographer. He has worked as the co-creator, director, and choreographer of the off-broadway Dance Theatre show ‘Beyond Babel’. Likewise, he is also the director and choreographer of the Broadway-bound musical ‘Once Upon a One More Time. Similarly, he is working as the choreographer of the Broadway-bound musical ‘The Karate Kid’. Likewise, they have also published the first-ever dance book ‘RUTH’.

Furthermore, he also has a YouTube channel ‘Keone and Mari’ which he created along with his wife and fellow choreographer Mariel Madrid. They opened the channel on 30th November 2011 and have 326k subscribers in it.
