He has since appeared in the TV specials The Seven Stupidest Things to Escape From and Deathwish Live, as well as the Discovery Channel shows One Way Out and How Not to Become Shark Bait, in which he allowed a Caribbean reef shark to attack him.
In 2009, Terry Stroud, an engineer, costarred in Goodwin’s return to Discovery Channel’s One Way Out, a ten-part series. Additionally, he made an episode of the Channel 4 show Balls of Steel, where his father assisted him with a stunt.

On September 11, 2012, it was revealed that Goodwin would star in his own UKTV Watch series, The Incredible Mr. Goodwin. The program debuted in early 2013 and featured a wide range of stunts, such as “extreme planking” and free climbing skyscrapers.
Beginning in July 2013, it was also broadcast on Dave on UKTV and BBC America. On The Jonathan Ross Show on March 9, 2013, Goodwin made an appearance. He performed the stunt, which involved lying on a single nail while having a breeze block smashed against his chest with a sledgehammer.
Moreover, he made it to the finals of Britain’s Got Talent’s 13th season in April 2019 by performing a stunt called “buried alive” that had never before been attempted on stage. He performed on America’s Got Talent in 2020, where he placed in the semifinals.
Injuries
Goodwin was admitted to the hospital in October 2021 as a result of wounds he received while practicing a stunt for America’s Got Talent: Extreme. The stunt called for Goodwin to break free of a straitjacket while hanging upside-down 30 feet in the air, between two vehicles. Instead, as the cars caught fire, he was crushed between them.
Furthermore, Goodwin suffered numerous wounds, including two broken shoulder blades, third-degree burns, a broken spine, and a severed spinal cord. He lost a kidney and broke both of his legs. He was discharged from the hospital in February 2022, but he was still wheelchair-dependent because he was paralyzed from the waist down.
