On October 17, 2021, he was allegedly caught on camera riding a bicycle around North Hills Drive in Hollywood, Broward County, Florida, going car to car and checking for unlocked doors.
After an altercation, he allegedly fatally shot Hollywood Police Department officer Yandy Chirino, 28, who responded to the scene. He was arrested and taken into custody by the Hollywood Police Department. On October 17, 2021, he was arrested at the age of 18.
