The gun who made the original purchase was 33-year-old Joseph Rudnitskas of Norristown who was arrested in April on charges related to the illegal purchase and sale of four guns.
Later, Devlin came into police contact and was Bailed set at $50,000 unsecured. Besides that, she is not allowed to meet or contact her children as part of her bail conditions.
