Along with this, Freeda also won her fourth match against Yolanda Blackmer on January 7, 2001. Furthermore, her sixth was in Belterra Casino Resort, Elizabeth. She fought against Audrey La Torre on May 20, 2001, and won it.

After her first loss, she retired from boxing and started her job in 2002 as a program director at George Fireman Youth and Community Development Center. Freeda worked there for 6 years and resigned in 2008.
