Faisal Khan started his professional career as a dancer when he was just thirteen years old. Khan auditioned in the 2nd kids’ special season of Zee TV’s dance reality show, “Dance India Dance”. Happily, Faisal Khan went on to be the winner of the show, winning ₹10 lakh (US$14,000) prize money, and even a Favorite Shisya award at Zee Rishtey Awards. After this, Faisal Khan took part in one more season of the same show, whose title was “Dance Ke Superkids”.
There, Faisal got together with Raghav Juyal, Kruti Mahesh, and Prince Gupta in the team “Yahoo”. Faisal Khan again won there and went on to be an actor after getting the lead role in Sony Entertainment TV’s historical drama, “Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap”. Khan’s work in the same series helped him to win the 2 Best Child Actor – Male awards at the Indian TV Academy Awards and Indian Telly Awards with other numerous nominations.
