He was inspired to write his rap songs after attending a concert by Russian rapper, Pharaoh in 2015. Face is a stage name he created with his brother to reflect the various facets and constant metamorphosis in his work.
On October 30, 2015, he published his debut EP роклтa еат (“Cursed Seal”) on SoundCloud. On 3 January 2016, a video for one of its songs, “Гошa Рубчинский” (“Gosha Rubchinskiy”), a tribute to the fashion designer of the same name, was released.
In 2016, Face released three EPs: Vlone, Mayhem, and Playboy. Later, I n 2017, he released the EP Revenge.

In 2017, he released two full-length albums, Hate Love and No Love, as well as non-album singles “Бургер” (“Burger”) and “Я роняю запад” (“I’m Dropping the West”), the latter a sarcastic take on Russian patriotism with a music video in which the rapper rides a bear and stands on a burning American flag.
Face’s lyrics are frequently profane, sexually violent, and contain drug references, causing socially conservative law enforcement in Russia to cancel his concerts.

In reaction to the restrictions, he released a politically charged album, ути нeисоведим (“Mysterious Ways”), on September 2, 2018, criticizing Russia’s corruption and social issues, which he has labeled as a “third world country.”

Slime, his most recent album, was released on February 1, 2019, and included the songs “Woof” “Мой калашников” (“My Kalashnikov”), and “Спаcательный Круг” (“Lifebuoy”). He also recorded a catchy soundtrack song for Mikhail Idov’s drama film морист (“The Humorist”).
