Erin married Josh Hawley in the year 2010. Josh currently serves as the Missouri Attorney General. They first met at Yale Law University. The couple together has three children.

Their sons’ names are Elijah Hawley (b. 2013), and Blaise Hawley (b. 2015), and they welcomed their first daughter Abigail Hawley in 2020.
