She has mentioned that “as I got older, one of my favorite things to do was walk to the general store to buy a nickel candy bar and scary comic books.
I had a vivid imagination back then, imagining terrifying creatures around every corner. Like kidnappers, ghosts, vampires, and monsters from the deep.” Thus, she discovered the power of words, when she started reading books by Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and Anne Rice.

Additionally, after her marriage, she dreamed about fulfilling her hobbies and publishing her books. Finally, in the year 2012, she came up with her book titled The Pump Tree. Fortunately, her first book was sold in 3 weeks. Then in the year 2013, she wrote a book titled What She Left Behind.
