Dylan Sprouse is an American Actor and Entrepreneur best known for his role in “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody”. Dylan Sprouse appeared in numerous TV shows and movies alongside his twin Cole Sprouse. They together launched their brand “Sprouse Bros”. Moreover, he also co-founded a New York-based meadery and bar called “All-Wise Meadery” where he serves as the master brewer.

Dylan Sprouse was born on 4 August 1992 and currently is 31 years old. His parents are his father Matthew Sprouse and his mother Melanie Wright. His parents were teachers at an English language school in Tuscany. He has a twin brother named Cole Sprouse and together they are called the “Sprouse Brothers/Bros”. He is 15 minutes older than Cole. They also won the hearts of many viewers after they starred in the Disney show The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.
Both the twin brothers have dual citizenship in Italy and USA. Moreover, talking about his childhood, he began snowboarding at age four. Similarly, he was born in Arezzo, Italy, but doesn’t have Italian ancestry. Instead, he has English, Scottish, Danish, and German ancestry.
Also, he was named after the poet Dylan Thomas. Moreover, his parents moved from Italy to their native California only four months after their birth. Hence, the twins grew up in Long Beach. Then in 2012, the Sprouse family moved from Long Beach to Calabasas in California. They did so after buying a house with the money that he earned.

Education
While filming The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, the Sprouse Brothers received on-set tutoring for three hours daily for school. They were getting “straight A’s and honors”. Then, in their last year of high school, the Sprouse brothers both took Advanced Placement classes where Dylan chose AP Psychology and AP Spanish while Cole chose AP Psychology and AP Government.
In the year 2010, the Sprouse brothers joined New York University. They initially planned to attend the university in the fall of 2010 but they deferred for one year. He planned on majoring in fine/studio arts and minoring in economics but he enrolled in the Gallatin School of Individualized Study which allows students to plan their curriculum. He focused on video game design. Cole also joined him in the same institution but focused on humanities and archaeology.
In the year 2011, he was elected president of the Third Avenue North residence hall at New York University. Both brothers graduated in May of 2015, walking away with the diploma together.
Dylan Sprouse – Career and Professional Life
Dylan Sprouse is an American actor and entrepreneur famous for his role as Zack Martin on the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and its spin-off The Suite Life on Deck. He is also the co-founder of a New York meadery and bar called All-Wise Meadery. It is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. There, he serves as the master brewer of the business.
Talking in detail about his acting career, he has been on screen from the young age of six months. Both the twins started appearing in TV commercials advertising diapers at such a young age. He also gained fame for his role in the comedy film Big Daddy (1999) in which both the twins play the single role of Julian McGrath. They also played the same role in the show Grace Under Fire as Patrick Kelly at a young age. The twins played a small role in a thriller titled The Astronaut’s Wife in the year 1999.
In the year 2001, he appeared in Diary of a Sex Addict as Sammy Jr. and in I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus as Justin Carver. The following year (2002), he voiced in Eight Crazy Nights as a KB Toys soldier and also appeared in The Master of Disguise. Then in 2003, he appeared in Apple Jack as Jack Pyne and in Just for Kicks as Dylan Martin.

Moving on to the TV shows that he appeared in, some are Mad TV (1998), The Nightmare Room (1998), That ’70s Show (2001), The Suite Life of Zack & Cody (2005-2008), The Emperor’s New School and That’s So Raven (2006), According to Jim (2008), The Suite Life on Deck (2008-2011), Wizards of Waverly Place and Hannah Montana (2009), I’m in the Band (2010), The Suite Life Movie (2011) and So Random! During 2009 and 2010, the Sprouse brothers appeared in advertisements for Dannon Danimals. It is a French food-manufacturing company. Then in August 2010, they entered a deal with Nintendo DS as part of endorsing their products. Moreover, People magazine also printed him and Cole on its May 2009 cover. The magazine had 80 pages describing the film The Suite Life on Deck and the work of the twin brothers.

Sprouse Bros Brand
In the year 2005, the Sprouse brothers and Dualstar Entertainment signed a licensing agreement to produce Sprouse Bros branded merchandise for the preteen and teenage market. This brand included a clothing line, a comics series, and a magazine. It also included a personal hygiene line and a line of sportswear.
Speaking about the brand, Dylan said that they wanted to “reach out to the nerd group and the cool group” and “appeal to everybody”. Dualstar and Leisure Publishing LLC launched a magazine targeting boys. They did so in 2006 and it is called Sprouse Bros. Code.
Simon & Schuster Inc. also published two volumes of a book series titled Sprouse Bros. 47 R.O.N.I.N. It featured the Sprouse twins as “young James Bonds or undercover agents”. However, in 2008, the brothers ended their association with the Olsens’ Dualstar. Nevertheless, they continued with their clothing line. The items in their clothing lines were sold exclusively online until mid-March 2012. But the online store could no longer be accessed after that.
Dylan Sprouse – Solo Career
During their childhood, Dylan and Cole had either shared roles or separate roles in the same project. However, they took a break from movies and TV shows and went on to join the university in 2010. After the completion of their university, he started to appear in movies, now without his brother Cole in the same project. The twins shattered the image they created as children by appearing together in every project. After university, they went their separate ways and focused on their interests or so it seems.
In the year 2017, he came back to the screen with the movie Dismissed in the role of Lucas Ward. The same year, he worked on a short film That High and Lonesome Sound. In the year 2018, he worked on Carte Blanche as Gideon Blake and on Daddy as Paul. Then in the year 2019, he appeared as Calaf in Turandot. Dylan Sprouse – Awards and Achievements
Dylan along with Cole received nominations for several awards together. Some of them are YoungStar Awards, MTV Movie Awards, Blockbuster Entertainment Awards, and Young Artist Awards for their roles in Big Daddy. They also combinedly received numerous nominations for Young Artist Awards, Kids’ Choice Awards, and Popstar Magazine’s Poptastic Awards for their respective roles in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and The Suite Life on Deck.
Among those numerous award nominations, Cole didn’t bag any awards but he won three awards. They are the Kids’ Choice Awards for “Favorite Television Actor” for the years 2009 to 2011 consecutively.
