Drew Grant was born on the 25th of May in Park Slope, a residential neighborhood in northwest Brooklyn, New York City, United States. She hasn’t revealed her birth year and her age.

Career and Professional Life
After graduating from Oberlin College in 2006, Drew Grant joined the workforce in February 2007 as a pop culture editorial assistant at 236.com, a sister site of Huffington Post.
She worked there for one year and four months before joining Jossip Initiatives, a web publisher that puts out blogs, as an editor.
She covered many news and events and served there for about 10 months, from August 2008 to May 2009. In April 2009, she began blogging at Nerve, a digital communications company.
It concentrates on strategy, creativity, and technology and it aims to teach the audiences how to be more engaged, informed, inspired, and empowered to take action.
But she left the company in August 2009. Grant joined Crushable.com in April 2009, as a staff writer at about the same time. She started blogging for Nerve.
Crushable used to be an online news outlet that exclusively reported on pop culture.
But later it changed its name to Alloy and became an online magazine for women. She worked with the company for about one year and eleven months, until February.

Later, she joined Salon Media Group as a pop culture writer. The Salon is an American news and opinion website with a politically progressive, liberal editorial stance.
She worked at the company’s New York office. During her tenure, she covered many news and articles and left the company in August 2011. She joined Observer Media as the Senior Editor in September 2011.
She worked there until June 2017, for five years and ten months. Rising through the ranks, she eventually became the arts and entertainment editor.
She also set up the Observer’s television vertical, to download. Grant is the founder of the download which helped her receive a lot of fame.
After leaving Observer, RealClear Media Group, a conglomerate company of 14 brands spanning a spectrum of interests, hired her.
She moved from New York to Los Angeles to take a new job. She worked for RealClear Media Group for about six months, from November 2017 to April 2018.
Grant has been employed at Ranker as a writer and listmaker, since May 2018, She is also a well-known freelance writer, editor, and critic.
