Professional Career
Regarding his professional career, Dinesh Lal Yadav began his acting career with the 2006 movie “Chalat Musafir Moh Liyo Re.”
In the movie, he played the supporting actor alongside Kalpana Patowary and Sunil Chhaila Bihari. Later, he played the lead role in the 2007 movie “Nirahua Rikshawala” alongside Pakhi Hegde. This movie turned out to be a massive blockbuster at the box office.

Nirahua entered politics by joining the Bharatiya Janata Party in Lucknow on March 27, 2019, in the presence of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. On 3 April 2019, he was declared a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate for the 2019 Indian Lok Sabha election from the Azamgarh constituency. He was defeated by Akhilesh Yadav, the former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, he was defeated by Akhilesh Yadav by a margin of 259,874 votes.

Controversy
In addition, this Bhojpuri star has been involved in a couple of controversies. When the multi-starrer Bhojpuri film “Border (2018)” starring Dinesh Lal Yadav was released, a reporter named Shashikant Singh criticized Nirahua and the film. According to the reporter, locals watched Border because tickets for Khesari Lal Yadav’s film “Dulhan Ganga Paar Ke (2018)” were unavailable. Dinesh, who appeared shaken by the reporter’s post, even shared screenshots of the reporter’s post asking for support from his audience.
