In addition, she helped publicize brands such as The Limited Inc., Victoria’s Secret, and Elite Model Management, during her time there. She produced the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 1995 and continued to produce for over 20 years.
Moreover, she left Rogers & Cowan in the year 1999 and went on to establish her own company, Full Picture. Similarly, she also created a reality TV series Project Runway.
In 2016, she co-founded DGNL Ventures with Nir Liberboim, an early-stage venture capital fund that has invested in brands such as Living Proof, Songza, and Fashion GPS (Launchmetrics).

Gruber joined former First Lady Michelle Obama in 2016 on her Let Girls Learn campaign. Similarly, she is currently serving on the New York regional board for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. She also serves on the board of “God’s Love We Deliver” which provides meals to people suffering from life-threatening illnesses.

As an executive producer, she worked on Project Runway, which was nominated for 14 Emmy Awards in the category of Outstanding Reality Television Program, received a Peabody Award in 2007, a GLAAD Media Award, and has also been honored with over twenty media industry awards.
