One of the officers also picked up Tatum’s bag and the bag was loaded with 9mm Luger cartridges, a 9mm magazine, bullets, suspected marijuana, and unidentified pills.
Tatum later died in the hospital during his treatment. Later, State’s Attorney Dora Villarreal said that no charges would be filed against them as they were defending themselves from Tatum.
