Early Life
Danny Worsnop is a 33-year-old British singer. He was born on the 4th of September 1990, in Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, England. His full name is Danny Robert Worsnop and he has a birth sign of Virgo.
His parents’ names are Sharon (mother) and Phili (father). In addition, he grew up with his younger sister whose name is Kelly. From an early age, he was interested in music and he would create beats using pots and empty boxes. At the age of eight, he began playing musical instruments and also attended violin classes.

Meanwhile, the album was released under ‘Victory Records,’ and ‘Sumerian Records’ while it was produced by Joey Sturgis.
Though the album did not do well in the United Kingdom, it did very well in the United States. While it appeared on various music charts across the United States, it was ranked fourth on Billboard magazine’s list of “Top Heatseekers.”
In 2011, the band released its second album “Reckless and Relentless.” The album broke into the top 10 positions of various music charts across the UK and the US. It was also included on the ‘Australian Albums Chart,’ where it reached number 30.
In 2013, the band released its third album, “From Death to Destiny,” which topped the list of ‘Top Hard Rock Albums.’ It also did extremely well in the United Kingdom and Australia, the most successful album in terms of monetary gains.
Danny shocked his fans when he announced his departure from the band on January 22, 2015. He stated that he no longer wanted to make heavy music and that the decision was made after considering what was best for the band. Denis Stoff took over as the band’s primary vocalist after Danny Worsnop left.
Joined the Band ‘We Are Harlot’ and Solo Career
After departure from ‘Asking Alexandria,’ he joined another band named ‘We Are Harlot.’ With his new band, the band released their debut self-titled album on March 30, 2015, which performed well in the US and UK. Within a week of its release, the album sold over 5,000 copies in the United States and received positive reviews from critics.
Danny had begun to concentrate on his solo career and his first solo album by this point. Despite initially stating that he would release his album in 2011, he was forced to postpone the release for a variety of reasons. He stated in 2013 that he was working with Jay Ruston and that the album would be released by ‘Sumerian Records.’ However, the album was not released for the next three years.
He released a single from the album, along with a music video, in 2016. The song, “I Got Bones,” was well received by music fans because it had a nice mix of country music accompanied by Worsnop’s vocals.
Danny announced on his Instagram page on September 26, 2016, that his debut album, previously titled “The Prozac Sessions,” would be renamed “The Long Road Home” due to legal issues. “The Long Road Home” was finally released in February 2017 to positive reviews from music fans.
He released his second solo album “Shades of Blue” on May 10, 2019, via Sumerian Records, with more music in the works for a 2020 album release, including new singles “Another You” and “Happy.”
Other Works
He made his acting debut in the 2015 film “What Now” which was directed and produced by Ash Avildsen. That same year, he appeared in “Alleluia! The Devil’s Carnival” a sequel to the popular short film titled “The Devil’s Carnival.” Meanwhile, he has written an autobiography named “Am I Insane?” which has not yet been published.
