Talking about his career, At the age of 13, Crispin Glover made his professional acting debut in situational comedies like “Family Ties” and “Happy Days”.
He made his film debut in “The Tutor” and went on to star in “Teachers” (1984), “Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter” (1984), “Back to the Future” (1985), and “The Orkly Kid” (1985). He played Layne, one of his career-defining roles, in “River’s Edge” with Keanu Reeves in 1986.
His next significant performance was as Rubin in the British independent comedy-buddy movie “Rubin & Ed” (1991). He portrayed Andy Warhol in Oliver Stone’s “The Doors” that same year.
