Coleen Nolan is a talented British singer, television personality, and author. Coleen Nolan is widely known as the youngest member of the family girl group The Nolans (Anglo-Irish girl group). Similarly, she has won the 19th season of Celebrity Big Brother in 2017.

Coleen Nolan is a 59-year-old British singer. On the 12th of March 1965, she was born in Blackpool, Lancashire, England. According to the astrological chart, she has a zodiac sign of Pisces and belongs to Irish ethnicity. Her full name is Coleen Patricia Nolan.

She was born to Irish parents  Tommy Nolan (father) and Maureen Nolan (mother). She is the youngest of eight children and the only one born in England. Her sibling’s names are Linda, Anne, Bernie, Maureen, Denise, Brian, and Tommy Jr. Very little is known about her childhood life.

Coleen Nolan first gained fame as a member of the all-female pop group “The Nolans,” which was formed in the 1970s and included her sisters Anne, Bernie, Denise, and Maureen.

The Nolans achieved significant success in the UK and other parts of the world with hit singles like “I’m in the Mood for Dancing” (1971) and “Don’t Make Waves” (1980).

“Gotta Pull Myself Together” (1980), “Who’s Gonna Rock You” (1981), “Attention to Me” (1981), “Chemistry” (1981), and “Don’t Love Me Too Hard” (1982) were more UK top twenty successes for the group. They won the Tokyo Music Festival with the song “Sexy Music” in 1981. Nolan was known for her distinctive vocal contributions to the group.

Nolan co-starred in the BBC sitcom “Filthy Rich & Catflap” with her sisters Anne, Bernie, and Maureen on January 14, 1987. The group won the 33rd Japan Record Awards Kikaku-sh (Prize for Planning) in 1991 for their cover version of Japanese pops. She left the band in 1994 to raise a family, but she returned temporarily in 1995 to promote a re-recorded version of “I’m in the Mood for Dancing.”

She joined the panel of ITV’s “Loose Women” in 2000. Moreover, she has been on and off with the show for the past 20 years. She departed “Loose Women” on July 28, 2011, only to return as a regular panelist on October 7, 2013. Additionally, she has also been the show’s relief anchor since July 2014.

Moreover, she appeared on the BBC panel game program Never Mind the Buzzcocks on March 4, 2002. She appears on An Audience with Brian Conley on May 25th.[19] Later that year, she appeared in the first season of the reality television show Celebrity Fit Club, which followed overweight celebrities as they attempted to lose weight for charity.

On September 19, 2008, Nolan appeared on “Al Murray’s Happy Hour,” and on September 27, she and her family competed in the third series of “All-Star Family Fortunes” against Barry McGuigan and his family.

She began competing on the fourth series of “Dancing on Ice” on ITV on January 11, 2009. She was eliminated in week 10 after coming fourth. In 2010, she co-hosted the spin-off show “Dancing on Ice Friday” with Ben Shephard. On February 27, 2011, she took over as host of “Dancing on Ice” in place of Holly Willoughby, who became unwell.

Moreover, she was named as the eleventh star to enter the star Big Brother house on Channel 5 on August 15, 2012. She was a resident agony aunt on the ITV chat show The Alan Titchmarsh Show in 2013, appearing every Friday.

She stood in for Matthew Wright as host of “The Wright Stuff” on Channel 5 on February 15, 2013. Moreover, she appeared in ITV’s Give a Pet a Home program in 2015, collaborating with the RSPCA in Birmingham. Amanda Holden hosted the show when it premiered in April 2015.
