Sasha Chacon, who cooperated with APD, had allegedly told people that Goins left the bar with three males and that she had not seen her again. The four waited for Elias Salas, Lucas Salas’ niece, to arrive at the location. The friend stated in a meeting with law enforcement officers that Cheyenne, Sasha, and Lucas entered Elisa Salas’ car after she arrived. At that point, he claimed to have left and had not seen Cheyenne Goins since.
