Cecille and her dog Taylor were declared dead at the location on Willow Creek Boulevard. The two dog’s owner’s name is Antwon Burks and he was 36 years old at the time of the incident.
She also attended OSU and OU. While at OU, she was a member of Phi Beta Phi sorority. In addition, she was a hardworking member and volunteer at Resurrection Free Methodist Church.
