Casey started her career as a professional tennis player in the year 2003. She won 11 singles and 13 doubles at ITF matches and won a $ 50k title in the Bronx. Likewise, she won the match against Yaroslava Shvedova in the US Open match but failed to win against Maria Sharapova. She again won another win against Patty Schnyder and Amelie Mauresmo in the Australian Open match. Eventually, she started doing her best in each match and again won against Marion Bartoli and Nathalie Dechy in the French Open. Unfortunately, she lost the match with Carla Suarez and another defeat in doubles with Francesca Schiavone against the Spaniards and Virginia.
Moreover in the Wimbledon championship, she was paired against Patty Schnyder who she already won against. There was nothing new in winning against her again. Besides that, she had her second match and won against Pauline Parmentier but lost against Nicole Vaidisova in the third round. At her double match, she teamed up with Nathalie Dechy and had a fruitful win up to the fourth round or quarterfinal match. They fail to win the championship against Venus Williams and Serena Willams.
After that, she participated in the Beijing Olympics 2008 along with Alicia Molik and Samantha Stosur. It was not a good match for her as she lost in both her singles and doubles. She was disappointed with her match again at the Hopman Cup as she had her only win against Meghan Shaughnessy. Moving on, to her next match at Medibank International where luck favored her double match with Nathalie Dechy.
They bet the players up to the final round but failed to lift the trophy against Peng Shuai and Hsieh Su-Wei. After that, she had another Australian match and also argued with her coach. She had her shoulder surgery in the year 2009 and after her treatment and rehab, she finally returned in the year 2010 to WTA Tour.

Unfortunately, she had to go through another surgery in the year 2011 due to which she couldn’t attend the Australian Open. After her injury, she got her first tournament double at $25ooo in Burnie, Tasmania along with Isabella Holland. Possibly she had many doubles and singles.
