After they moved, Bryce did an interview with Architectural Digest and remarked, “So, my first film was called The Village, and my father was played by William McChord Hurt… And then we discovered that my house had been William Hurt’s residence for 30 years!” Since one of her earliest coworkers used to live nearby, Bryce believes she always intended to live there.
