Brianne Theisen-Eaton is a well-known popular Canadian track and field athlete who won a bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics game. Brianne Theisen-Eaton competed in the heptathlon and women’s pentathlon and holds the Canadian record for the heptathlon.
Early Life and Childhood
Brianne was born on 18 December 1988 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada to Calvin Theisen and Kimberly Theisen, and is currently 33 years old. She has a younger sister named Jessica Theisen.
Brianne was raised and brought up in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Canada. As a child, she was interested and used to actively participate in many sports like track and field, volleyball, and soccer. Later she found track and field more interesting and focused more on it. Later in 2005, she represented Canada at the World Youth Championship.

Brianne Theisen-Eaton went to Humboldt Collegiate Institute for her High School. In 2007 she received a sports scholarship and studied a major in business administration at the University of Oregon.
Brianne Theisen-Eaton – Career and Professional Life
When in high school she started to participate in track and field combined events. She eventually represented Canada in the 2005 World Youth Championship in Athletics. She became the national junior champion in heptathlon and got a chance to represent her country in the 2006 World Junior Championship in Athletics in Beijing.
While in her senior year in high school, she bagged a gold medal in the 2007 Pan American Junior Championship. She got a sports scholarship at the University of Oregon. In university, she took part in the heptathlon NCAA Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championship where she bagged the fourth position in her first year, third place in her second year, and won the event in the third year setting the personal record of 6086 points and secure 15th position in World Championship held in Berlin, Germany.
Moreover, she competed in the 2012 London Olympics and finished in the eleventh position. She won 2nd position in the 2013, 2014 &2015 World Championships held in Russia, Poland &China. Brianne finally bagged the 1st position in the World Indoor Championship held in the U.S. She competed in the 2016 Olympics Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and won a Bronze medal.
Her personal best at the Heptathlon is 6808 points and her personal best at the pentathlon is 4881 points. She retired from the track on January 3, 2017. She has also endorsed many brands and acted in many commercials.
