Brendan Fraser is a well-known American-Canadian actor. Brendan Fraser is famous for his leading roles in blockbusters, comedies, and dramatic films. He made his film debut in the 1991 period coming-of-age drama film “Dogfight.”

On the 3rd of December 1968, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the United States of America, Brendan Fraser came to the world. According to his date of birth, he is 55 years old and holds American nationality.

Brendan Fraser made his professional acting debut as an actor in the 1991 coming-of-age drama film “Dogfight” in the role of a sailor. After a year, he made his breakthrough after playing the role of Linkovich “Link” Chomovsky in the 1992 American comedy film “Encino Man.”
And, the movie was a commercial hit. That same year, he played the role of David Greene in the American sports drama film “School Ties.”
Afterward, he continues his acting career by appearing in several films including “Twenty Bucks”, “Son in Law”, “My Old School”, “Child of Darkness, Child of Light”, “Younger and Younger”, “Airheads”, “In the Army Now”, “The Scout”, “Now and Then”, “The Passion of Darkly Noon”, “The Twilight of the Golds”, and “Brain Candy”.

In the 1997 American comedy film “George of the Jungle” he played the role of George and the movie was based on the animated series “George of the Jungle.” And, the movie was a major success commercially.
Moreover, Brendan Fraser rose to fame in 1999 after he began portraying the main role of Rick O’Connell in “The Mummy” film series starting with the trilogy’s first film “The Mummy.” For his role in the movie, he received good reviews and the film became his biggest commercial success.
Again, he reappeared as  Rick O’Connell in the sequel film of The Mummy trilogy titled “The Mummy Returns” which also became a huge commercial success. Apart from his movie roles, he has made his appearances in various TV films and series including “Scrubs”, “Texas Rising”, “Fallen Angels”, “Trust”, “Condor”, “The Affair”, and “Nightcap.”
In the 2004 Academy Award-winning movie “Crash”, he played the role of Rick Cabot. For his role in the movie, gain appreciation and earned several awards. He has given his voice to several TV series and films like “Duckman”, “The Simpsons”, “King of the Hill”, “Escape from Planet Earth”, “Wishology”, and “Titans.”
In 2008, he appeared in the 3D film adaptation of Jules Verne’s “Journey to the Center of the Earth.” Later, he made his appearance in the Broadway production of the play “Elling” (2010).
The same year, he played the role of John Crowley in the American medical drama film “Extraordinary Measures” alongside actors; Harrison Ford, and Keri Russell. Since 2019, Brendan Fraser has been playing the role of Clif Steele in the DC Universe action series “Doom Petrol.” In 2020, he played the role of Peter Swann in the American series “Professionals.” He was cast as gangster Doug Jones in Steven Soderbergh’s 2021 period crime film “No Sudden Move.”
He was announced as the lead in Darren Aronofsky’s film “The Whale.” In 2022, the film premiered at the Venice International Film Festival and Fraser was high praise for his performance.
That same year, he was announced as part of the cast of Martin Scorsese’s upcoming film “Killers of the Flower Moon,” as well as Max Barbakow’s upcoming comedy film “Brothers.” In addition, he is also an accomplished photographer who has displayed his skills with the camera in various films and series most notably on Scrubs.
