Early Life and Education
Brad Brownell was born on November 15, 1968. His full birth name is Bradley Robert Brownell. Presently, his age is 55 years old and his sun sign is Scorpio. He is originally from Evansville, Indiana, USA. His father’s name is Robert Brownell whereas her mother’s name is Genevieve Brownell.
This personality played high school basketball at William Henry Harrison High School. Moreover, he graduated from DePauw University in the year 1991. There, he was a member of the basketball team and the Sigma Chi fraternity.

Career
Immediately upon graduation, he went into coaching and joined Evansville as an assistant. And, in the following year in 1992, he held the same role at Indianapolis until 1994 and then at UNC Wilmington. Similarly, in the year 2002, he was promoted to head coach at Wilmington where he served until 2006. earning 2 CAA regular seasons and 2 CAA Tournaments.
Then, Brad arrived at Wright State in the year 2006, Wright State, where he 2007 Horizon League regular season and Horizon League Tournament. Further, in the year 2010, he was hired as the head coach of Clemson. He held the same position at Wright State and UNC Wilmington before coming to Clemson. Brad is presently in his 12th season at Clemson.
Moreover, on July 19, 2018, it was announced that Brownell and Clemson had agreed to a 6-year, $15 million contract extension. Therefore, this extension will keep Brownell at the school through 2024. Likewise, he coached the Tigers to the program’s first road victory at UNC after 59 attempts on January 11, 2020. Further, the series between the two schools began in the year 1926.
