She also released a short story titled “Cwtch Me If You Can” in 2015. Her book “The Kissing Booth” was made into a Netflix film, which was released on May 11, 2018. She released a book titled “It Won’t Be Christmas Without You” on August 30, 2019.
The film “The Kissing Booth 2” based on her current novel “The Kissing Booth 2: Going the Distance” was broadcast on Netflix on July 24, 2020. On August 11, 2021, a third film, The Kissing Booth 3: One Last Time, was published, along with a book.
Love, Locked Down, Reekles’ first adult novel, was released by Sphere Books in February 2022.
