Furthermore, she decide to see what everyday life was like for the majority rather than spending her time as a tourist. Due to her visit to Armenia, she developed even more interest to become a journalist and went back to the United States. She decided to start her career as a journalist and began her career as an intern at the KABC-TV.
After that, she became a journalist for the KFI 640 AM radio in Burbank after her works as an intern. Due to her work at KABC-TV, she got an opportunity to work as a journalist at the KFI 640 AM radio. She then started working as an anchor, reporter, as well as producer for the KIDK-TV in Idaho. Additionally, she also worked at the KOIN-TV in Portland, Oregon in her career.

She worked as a general assignment reporter and fill-in host for KOIN-TV but left after some time. In addition, throughout her journalism career, she served as a reporter for Citi CABLE, a government access cable television channel for the City of Torrance, California. After that, she joined the KTTV Channel in 2012 and worked there which increased her popularity among the public.
Additionally, she joined the FOX11 team in March of 2012 and started working there. Later, she started working as a co-anchor in Good Day LA with Tony McEwing from 7 am to 10 am.
