Likewise, at the end of the 2009 season, the University of Alabama hired him as their new head coach. Anthony led his team to the SEC Western Division Championship in 2011. Similarly, at the end of the 2015 season, he agreed to work with the Oklahoma City Thunders as their assistant coach under Billy Donovan.
Moreover, this coach worked with the team until 2017 and then moved to the University of Dayton after their head coach Archie Miller departed.
