Career and Professional Life
Regarding her career, In the 2014-15 season, Fabbri began competing alongside Claudio Pietrantonio. They were the Canadian national novice silver medalists in 2016. Julien Lalonde, Mylène Girard, and Lynn McKay coached them in La Prairie and Saint-Hubert, Quebec.
Moreover, Fabbri/Pietrantonio began their season by finishing fourth at the 2016 Lake Placid Ice Dance International. Their first Junior Grand Prix events were assigned to them. In 2016, Fabbri/Pietrantonio finished fourth at the JGP Russia in Saransk and sixth at the JGP Germany in Dresden.
However, for their first international event of the season, Fabbri/Pietrantonio finished fifth at the 2017 JGP Latvia. In their first season together, Fabbri and Ayer were assigned to two Junior Grand Prix events. They came in fourth place at the 2018 JGP Slovakia and seventh place at the 2018 JGP Slovenia. At the 2019 Canadian Championships, Fabbri/Ayer finished second to Marjorie Lajoie / Zachary Lagha.
Furthermore, they were both named to Canada’s World Junior Team for the 2019 World Junior Championships in Zagreb, Croatia. The 2020 Skate Canada International was supposed to be Fabbri/Grand Ayer’s Prix debut, but the event was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Fabbri/Ayer returned to international competition after nearly two years with a twelfth-place finish at the 2021 CS Lombardia Trophy. Given a second Challenger assignment, they finished fifth at the 2021 CS Cup of Austria. In the run-up to the new season, Skate Canada named Fabbri and Ayer to the senior national team for the first time.
