Jeon Jungkook, better known as Jungkook or JK, is the main vocalist and the youngest member of the popular boy band BTS. Jeon Jung Kook is a South Korean K-pop artist, singer, dancer, songwriter, and record producer. From award show stages such as billboards to Grammy, stadium tours, and concerts, the young man is known to uplift the audience with his rap, voice, and dance moves.

Jungkook’s full name is Jung Jung-Guk, 전정국 in Hangul. Jungkook is 26 years old. He celebrates his birthday on September 1 since he was born on the same day in 1997, in Buk district, in Busan, South Korea.

Jungkook debuted under the hip-hop boy band BTS on June 12, 2013, with the release of the single ‘2 Cool 4 Skool’. After this, Jungkook along with his bandmates released hit albums one after another.
Under BTS, Jeon Jungkook has sung two solo tracts; the first being the pop track “Begin” from the 2016 album Wings. The second track, “Euphoria” was released on April 5, 2018, as the intro of BTS’ “Love Yourself” series. Euphoria topped the Gaon Digital Chart for 13 weeks.

Jungkook’s older brother’s name is Jeon Jung Hyun. He appears to be a supportive brother as he regularly shows love to his younger brother on his Instagram page.
Jungkook initially had dreamt of becoming a badminton player when he was young, but after seeing the famous Korean artist G-Dragon perform on television, it got changed to becoming a singer. Hence, he considers G-Dragon as his role model and musical influence.
In 2011, Jeon Jungkook auditioned on the South Korean talent show Superstar K but unfortunately was not selected by the judges and thus eliminated during the elimination round. After this, he received casting offers from several entertainment companies.
