Initially, Jenn Brown began her career working as a producer. She then hosted various episodes of the HDNet reality TV show, Bikini Destinations from 2003 to 2008. Before joining ESPN, she had worked for Showtime Sports as a reporter in 2008 and 2009.
Brown was a special correspondent on Inside the NFL for 2 seasons, which won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Studio Show in 2008. Additionally, she also served as a live event reporter for boxing and MMA events for both Showtime Sports and CBS. Additionally, she was one of the hosts on ABC’s Primetime show The Superstars in the year 2009.

She and Jonny Moseley co-hosted a nationally syndicated Mountain Lifestyle show called 48 Straight, The Mountain Experience. Brown and Moseley also co-hosted The Collegiate Nationals on CBS Sports. On Country Music Television in 2007, she hosted the reality show I Want to Look Like a High School Cheerleader Again.
Additionally, she served as a co-host on the NBC and Esquire Network summer primetime show American Ninja Warrior, as well as hosting A Football Life: Backstory and NFL GameDay Scoreboard on the NFL Network.

Aside from her broadcasting career, she has acted and worked as a writer and producer. In the 2006 comedy film “Two Tickets to Paradise” she worked as a writer, and producer, and starred and the movie was directed by D. B. Sweeney. She played herself in the TV show Kingdom on DirecTV, appearing in 2 episodes. Meanwhile, she also has been featured in several ad campaigns for Under Armour’s athletic clothing line.
