On the big screen, he co-wrote and produced the 2004 smash hit CRASH. The drama, directed by Paul Haggis and starring Don Cheadle, Matt Dillon, Sandra Bullock, Brendan Fraser, Ryan Phillipe, Thandie Newton, and Ludacris, was released on May 6, 2004 by Lions Gate Films.

MILLION DOLLAR BABY, which he co-produced and developed with Paul Haggis, and 10TH & WOLF, his directorial debut starring James Marsden and Giovanni Ribisi, are among Moresco’s other films. He also co-wrote and produced Intimidation with Mark Harris.
The film CRASH served as the inspiration for the television series Crash, which aired on the Starz Network. Moresco executive produced and directed two episodes of the first season. Among those who appeared in the series were Dennis Hopper, Eric Roberts, Ross McCall, and Jocko Sims.
