Career
In 2009, Bruno Silva started training and after three months, he had his first fight. At first, because of the interior of Paraiba, it was out of curiosity. Later, after 3 months of training, he lost his father and fighting was therapy.
Thus, from 2010 up until 2012, he went just 6-5 in 11 contests. He was successful in racking up a record of 9–5 in the Brazilian regional circuit. And, it was before trying out for The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 3 in 2013.

Later, on, he rattled off 14 wins in his last 16 outings. As in his country, people did not accept the field as a career. But, he chose what he wanted and changed the concept.
He amassed seven more wins with one loss, after TUF tryouts. Further, he signed with the Russian Cagefighting Championship. Against Gennadiy Kovalev at RCC 2 on February 24, 2018, he made his promotional debut.
Similarly, he signed with M-1 Global and made his promotional debut, on June 1, 2018. It was against Alexander Shlemenko at M-1 Challenge 93 – Shlemenko vs. Silva.
Fortunately, he won the fight via first-round knockout. After the win, he fought against Artem Frolov. It was for the M-1 Global Middleweight Championship which took place at M-1 Challenge 98. Via fourth-technical knockout, he claimed the championship.

In May 2019, there was an announcement made that he had signed with the UFC. On June 22, 2019, he was scheduled to replace injured Markus Perez. It was against Deron Winn at UFC Fight Night 154.
There was a report that he was forced to pull out of the contest, on June 16. Therefore, it was due to a potential anti-doping violation by USADA. Later, he was replaced by returning veteran Eric Spicely.
In January 2020, the news went viral that he was suspended for 2years. The reason behind this was for testing positive for boldenone. But, due to a pending hearing, the time USADA did not confirm the news.
Ultimately USADA announced the suspension, in late 2020. It stated that he would be eligible to return to the competition after June 14, 2021. Therefore, on June 19, 2021, he made his debut against Wellington Turman at UFC.
Silva won the fight via first-round knockout. Moving on, on October 16, 2021, he faced Andrew Sanchez at UFC Fight Night 195. Furthermore, he won earned the Performance of the Night award. On December 11, 2021, he next faced Jordan Wright at UFC 269.
Later, on March 12, 2022, he faced Alex Pereira at UFC Fight Night 203. Unfortunately, he got outstruck for all 3 rounds. Thus, he lost the fight via unanimous decision. And, the martial artist’s net worth is not known yet.
