Padraig Harrington began golfing with his family when he was five years old.
He played three times for Great Britain and Ireland in the Walker Cup against the United States as an amateur (1991, 1993, and 1995).
Likewise, he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting before beginning his professional career in 1995 when he was just 24 years old.
