Ward’s career at CBS began as the network’s foreign news correspondent in October of the year 2011. She was a contributor for 60 Minutes and was able to serve as a fill-in anchor on CBS This Morning beginning in January 2014.
Then, CNN announced that she was joining the network and reporting for all of CNN’s platforms, and would remain based in London on 21 September 2015.
